We understand your need for privacy and the security of confidential and personally identifiable information.  We work hard to protect your privacy and security.   

Return Policy

If you wish to return any item, you must first email us for prior authorization and an authorization number.  All returned materials must have the return authorization number in order to be processed.  We are not responsible for merchandise received without this number.  

All returned merchandise must be in the original package and in resale condition.  We do not offer refunds on any of the following products:

- Any opened item.

- Any non-packaged items, such as paper, stickers, or die cuts.

- Any sale items.

Return of unwanted merchandise is at your shipping expense.  You must email us within 5 days of receipt in order to return an item.  No returns will be accepted after 5 days of receipt of order.

Store credit in the form of a gift certificate will be issued for returned items. 

Damaged merchandise

Damaged products must be returned in order to be exchanged with the same item.  We will pay the return shipping charges if you have a damaged item.  You must email us within 5 days of receipt of merchandise in order to exchange it.

Discrepancy in your order

If you have a discrepancy with your order, we will be happy to correct it!  You must notify us by email us within 5 days of receipt of your order and  shipping/handling charges are non-refundable. 

Returned Payments

A $25 fee will be assessed for any returned payment.

Pricing policies

Pricing may change without notice.  Prices in effect at the time of purchase are final.
